After the session, Utilise AI and Kingsbury & Marshall put together a bespoke roadmap and send it by email, setting out the specific opportunities identified for your business and where automation could realistically be applied. There is no obligation to act on it.

This consultation day is run jointly by Utilise AI and Kingsbury & Marshall, two local firms with complementary strengths. Utilise AI, founded by Sam, focuses on practical AI automation for small and medium owner-run businesses. Before founding Utilise AI, Sam worked in consultancy and technology marketing, including work with major organisations and public sector contracts. That background shapes how Utilise AI approaches automation for smaller, owner-run businesses, bringing the same rigour without the enterprise price tag or timeline.
Kingsbury & Marshall bring their own expertise to the partnership, working alongside Utilise AI to help business owners understand where AI and automation can genuinely add value. Together the two firms work with owner-run businesses across Dorset, Wiltshire and Somerset, in trades and construction, wholesale and distribution, property management, and professional services. The focus throughout is practical automation that fits how a small team actually works, not generic AI tooling bolted on afterwards.
